Belligerent Poetry

brilliance on all sides

the clarity of vision is amazing
spent some time alone
walking home in the rain by myself tonight
not bitter or sad
but actually glad for the chance to be free
to be quietly me
without having to laugh for anyone
or smile at anyone
not having to make conversation
to push for interaction
makes every breath a joy.
now to sum it up in sleep
and wake refreshed tomorrow.
